Terms of Sale and Fourteen Day Return Policy

Summary of return policies

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days.
  • The customer provides return shipping.
  • No refill fee.
  • No final sale items.

Picatshirt accepts returns on all products that are not custom made to the customer's specific requirements. Our standard range of products including artificial plants, jewellery, clothing accessories, shoes, clothing, mugs and home decor products can be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The product must be intact and undamaged.

The return request must be made within fourteen days of receipt and sent back to the address provided. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for all additional costs.

Please contact us via info@picatshirt.shop within fourteen days of receiving your package to process your return.

We do not offer returns on special orders.

T-shirts, printed tote bags and mugs that are printed to order are not covered by the right of withdrawal. According to the Distance Selling Act (SFS no: 2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured. The products you order are unique and created specifically for each customer order. Be sure to place orders with the correct size and measurements in the shopping cart. Follow the references in the size charts that are published for each product description.

Refund information

  • The cost of postage is your responsibility.
  • Please provide customer information, which items you want to return, and your order number in the message.
  • The items should not be returned to the address listed on the package as they are shipped directly from manufacturers who do not handle retail returns.
  • We recommend that you use trackable postal services for returns.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like the same item in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order immediately after returning it to retain any discounts.
  • Picatshirt does not take responsibility for packages that are lost during transport.
  • The refund period is 10 days after we have registered your return and is made through the same payment method you used when ordering.

Ordering information

Automatic orders and free shipping:

  • Orders that do not require customizations are processed automatically.

  • Prices include VAT and we offer free shipping as a customer benefit.

Shopping cart and payment:

  • The shopping cart displays the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and the total payment amount after the customer has entered their details.

  • Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

  • The customer can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart symbol. The customer can add items to the shopping cart without being required to make a purchase.

  • Offers sent to the customer who has not emptied their shopping cart are non-binding invitations to complete the purchase. If an offer is limited in time, this is clearly stated in the description.

Order confirmation and delivery:

  • Once an order has been placed, it will receive its own unique order number which will be displayed in the order confirmation.

Correction of offers:

  • Picatshirt reserves the right to correct obvious errors in offers, such as pricing or product information, that may have occurred on the website.

Product design adjustments

Picatshirt offers services where you can customize and change an existing design on t-shirts, tote bags and mugs. We accept orders via the customer form on the contact page. The special order must apply to a selected product from the catalog and must be made via the customer form on the website. After that, the customer pays for their order for the selected product at checkout. We then mark the product in our ordering system as special ordered and with customizations. Special orders are processed and modified manually according to the customer's wishes. An order that has already been processed cannot be canceled.

Goods handling

Each order is carefully handled to ensure that the product meets the customer's expectations. This includes product customization, quality control, and secure packaging before delivery.

Important Provisions

  • Shipping terms are shown in the shopping cart before completing the purchase.

  • Special orders are clearly marked in the shopping cart.

  • Customized products are not covered by the right of return.

  • For customers under 18 years of age, parental consent is required when ordering.

  • An electronic receipt is sent to the customer's specified email address after the purchase is completed.

We will refund the purchase price if the product is defective.

Our t-shirts are of high quality and designed to withstand washing and drying at low temperatures. Mugs are dishwasher safe. If your product breaks within two months, we will replace it with a new one. We will refund the full purchase price if the product is defective. In these cases, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded. In order for us to be able to cover the return shipping, we need the ability to send you a shipping label, as we cannot reimburse costs incurred subsequently.

Take advantage of PayPal's buyer protection.

When a customer chooses to pay for products with PayPal, the purchase is usually automatically covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection. If the item is not delivered within a reasonable time or does not arrive, you can feel more secure as your purchase is protected by Buyer Protection in accordance with PayPal's rules. It is important to read the agreement carefully to understand the terms of Buyer Protection.

Information in case of deviations and refunds

If the product is significantly different from the description, the matter should be resolved through our customer service. Custom-made products are covered by limited buyer protection. After you return the product to us, we will inspect its condition. Please contact us within 60 days to report the problem and arrange for a refund of the product price and shipping, or compensation through a new order. You will be informed whether the refund is approved or not.

Refund and replacement:

  • The purchase price will be refunded within 10 days after we have registered the return.

  • Alternatively, we will replace a faulty product with a new one within 20 working days.

Complaints and warranty

As a customer, you have the right to a three-year warranty under the Consumer Purchase Act. In addition, Picatshirt offers a product warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

Complaints should be made as soon as the defect is discovered. A period of up to two months from discovery is considered reasonable. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage or defects caused by modification or improper use of the product.

If a defect is covered by the warranty, you have the right, within the framework of applicable legislation, to request:

  • that the error is fixed

  • to receive a flawless product

  • to cancel the purchase

  • or to get a price reduction

How to make a warranty claim:

You can reach us quickly via email or contact form – we usually respond within 24 hours. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt or invoice). Images – please attach a picture showing the error, if relevant.

Delivery policy

Picatshirt has a supplier agreement with Gelato ASA for the production and distribution of products. Picatshirt is responsible for shipping costs. The product is manufactured and distributed from the nearest location. We work to give you good delivery conditions.

Delivery time is determined by several factors, including but not limited to:

  • The ordered product
  • The printing location
  • Destination country
  • The size of the order
  • Network status
  • Selected shipping method

Fast deliveries

We strive to guarantee fast deliveries to our customers. Our total delivery time can be one to two days longer compared to companies that sell finished products from stock. Normally, the goods are shipped within three to six working days after we have received your order. You can track your order yourself and see when it has been processed and is ready for delivery. The total time from order to delivery can vary. 90% of all packages are delivered within 6 - 10 working days.

Dropshipping from China

Picatshirt works with suppliers who offer a wide range of products, directly from manufacturers in China. When your package is shipped from their warehouse, we will send you a notification with tracking information. Delivery times should be fast and efficient, and in most cases orders are delivered within a week of registration. Total delivery times may vary. 90% of all packages are delivered within 9 - 12 business days.

In case of delivery delays

The contract with the customer is concluded on the condition that the transport company delivers the goods on time. If the delivery time significantly exceeds the agreed time, the customer has the right to cancel their order.

If a product that the customer purchases is temporarily out of stock or if delivery is delayed due to handling and manufacturing, we will compensate the customer through gift cards.

Picatshirt cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to problems in the transport chain. We are not responsible for packages that are not collected by the buyer from the post office.

When problems arise with deliveries

If you discover damage to the package, upon receipt, you should report this to the delivery point or carrier and file a claim. If the damage is not discovered until you open the package, and it is damage that can be related to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and report the damage. If you are unable to resolve a potential dispute with the carrier, please contact us.
