We do not offer returns on special orders

An already processed order cannot be canceled.

We refund the purchase price if the product is defective.

If your product were to break within two months, we will replace it with a new one. We will refund the entire purchase price if the product is defective. In these cases, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

If you order multiple products from us, the shipping cost will be lower for the second product. Free shipping is only available when the order value is more than 500 SEK.
