We do not offer returns on special orders

T-shirts and mugs that are printed on demand are not covered by the right of withdrawal. An already processed order cannot be canceled.

We refund the purchase price if the product is defective.

If your product were to break within two months, we will replace it with a new one. We will refund the entire purchase price if the product is defective. In these cases, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

The customer can add items to the cart without being required to complete a purchase. Prices include VAT. We offer free shipping when the order value exceeds 500 SEK.

The fixed shipping cost we offer for a geographical area (e.g., Europe) is the lowest common shipping cost we can offer for all countries within that area. If you order multiple products from us, the shipping cost will be lower for the second product. Free shipping is only available when the order value is more than 500 SEK.
